| Brand Name Menstrual PMS Usage Use Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine as directed by your physician. Read the leaflet provided with this medicine carefully. Consult your pharmacist or doctor if you are unable to understand any information. Take Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine by mouth with or without meals. Take Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine with full glass of water (approx. 240 ml). If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once. Do NOT use this medicine if: You are allergic to any ingredient in Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine Tablet. You are taking sodium oxybate (GHB) Contact your doctor immediately if any of these apply to you. Important safety information Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine may cause drowsiness which may become worse if you take it with alcohol or drugs. Do not engage in driving or perform other mechanical tasks while using Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine. While using Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine avoid taking medicines that may cause drowsiness (such as sleep aids, muscle relaxers) or drinking alcohol. Do Not exceed recommended dose or duration. Acetaminophen can be harmful to liver and risk increases if you drink alcohol while using Acetaminophen. Discuss with doctor before you take Acetaminophen if you drink more than 3 drinks of alcohol per day. Before starting any new medicine, check if it has acetaminophen in it too. Discuss with doctor if it does or if you are not sure. Contact doctor immediately if pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days. Use Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine with extreme caution in CHILDREN as, they may be more sensitive to its effects, especially excitability. Do not use Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine in children younger than 12 years of age as, safety or effectiveness in this age group is yet to be confirmed. PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: Discuss the benefits and risks of using Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine while you are pregnant. It is not known whether Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine is found in breast milk . Discuss with doctor before breast-feeding while taking Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine. Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine. The following drugs have a potential to alter the effects of Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine : Isoniazid may interact with Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine as they may increase the risk of Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine 's side effects. Sodium oxybate (GHB) may interact with Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine as severe drowsiness and prolonged sleep duration may occur Anticoagulants (such as warfarin) may interact with Acetaminophen/Pamabrom/Pyrilamine as the risk of bleeding may be increased. | |
